I'm a member of the National Guard and I was recommended to Ms. Stravecky's services via Military One Source. I found it to be an enlightening experience. I would recommend this to any member of the military and suggest you visit her first before taking any "through-the-system" methods, as her sessions are more respecting of patients confidentiality and needs. My sessions greatly helped with my anger issues and developing coping skills with difficult challenges I was having. I highly suggest you give it a chance.

I usually don't do testimonials, but I feel I must after what has happened to me while in treatment with Lynn. I did not want to go on antidepressants and was fighting with depression for about a year. Doctors kept trying to give me Zoloft, Prozac, etc... I refused, as I did not want the side effects.
